These terms govern use of the Streetwise Meats website, Android application, ordering, support and supplier services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Streetwise Meats Butchery (Private) Limited operates from 69 Herbert Chitepo Street, Mutare, Zimbabwe.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed with your account until you notify us. We may suspend access to protect customers, investigate misuse or meet legal requirements. You may sign out or permanently delete your account at any time.
Products, prices and availability
Products are physical goods. Prices are stated in United States dollars unless clearly shown otherwise. Availability, weights and images can change; the server confirms current price and stock when an order is submitted. An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance. We may contact you about substitutions, measured weights, collection, delivery or cancellation before confirming fulfilment.
Orders, collection and delivery
You must provide a reachable phone number, a suitable recipient and accurate delivery or collection details. Requested dates and windows are preferences until confirmed. Risk passes on collection or delivery to the named recipient. Contact support promptly if goods are missing, damaged or unsuitable. Food-safety issues should be reported immediately and the product kept appropriately stored for inspection.
Payment for orders and legacy store credit
The Android app does not accept or store payments. Unless Streetwise confirms another offline arrangement directly, an amount due for physical goods is paid when the order is collected or delivered. Historical store-credit balances created before this service was removed from the app remain in Streetwise's private accounting records and cannot be viewed, created, spent or adjusted in the app. Contact Streetwise support to verify and settle any such balance offline before deleting the related account.
Supplier features
Supplier access requires approval. A posted procurement need is an invitation to offer, not a promise to purchase. Streetwise may review, accept, reject or close offers and may request quality, compliance, quantity or delivery evidence before entering a separate supply agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service; bypass access controls; submit malicious content; create deceptive accounts or orders; scrape private information; or use another person’s identity without authority. Automated access is permitted only through an interface expressly provided by Streetwise.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep product, order and notification information accurate, but networks and third-party services can fail. Where legally permitted, Streetwise is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Zimbabwean law.
Privacy, changes and contact
